1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jl2026 website, mobile interface, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). jl2026 is operated under PAGCOR regulatory oversight and is intended exclusively for legal gaming activities as permitted under Philippine law.

1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any service offered by jl2026, you signify your acceptance of these Terms without modification. Your continued use of the jl2026 Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Access to the jl2026 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.

2.2 By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.

2.3 jl2026 reserves the right to request government-issued proof of age (e.g., Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License) at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is completed satisfactorily. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently suspended and all balances will be subject to review and forfeiture.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jl2026 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl2026 login credentials. You agree to notify jl2026 immediately at support at jl2026.net if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 jl2026 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, including but not limited to your password or one-time PIN (OTP).

3.5 KYC (Know Your Customer)

jl2026 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer verification. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 jl2026 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All deposit methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. jl2026 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as the verified jl2026 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jl2026 reserves the right to verify the ownership of any payment method before processing a withdrawal.

4.4 Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is 5–15 minutes for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawal times are indicative and may vary during peak periods or pending additional verification.

4.5 jl2026 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 jl2026 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps.

5.2 Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are available to new jl2026 members only. Existing members who create additional accounts to claim new-member bonuses will have all accounts suspended and all bonuses forfeited.

5.3 jl2026 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting software bugs, colluding with other players, or engaging in patterns of play designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and any related winnings, as well as potential account suspension.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 All games offered on the jl2026 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

6.2 jl2026 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to studio rules as presented in the live stream.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or any other system error during gameplay, jl2026 reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the applicable bets. jl2026's decision on such matters shall be final.

6.4 Bets placed on jl2026 are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. jl2026 will not reverse confirmed bets except where a technical error has been established and verified by jl2026's technical team.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl2026 Platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other users;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with jl2026's software or systems;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering or other illegal financial activities;
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that jl2026 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to other users or the integrity of the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited conduct policy may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the jl2026 Platform, including but not limited to graphics, software, game assets, logos, text, and interface design, is the intellectual property of jl2026 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the jl2026 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of jl2026 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 jl2026 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jl2026 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects.

9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl2026 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

9.3 jl2026's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 jl2026 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. jl2026 strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their account settings.

10.2 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use jl2026's self-exclusion tools, which allow temporary or permanent suspension of account access upon request. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to support at jl2026.net.

10.3 In accordance with PAGCOR regulations, jl2026 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are minors who have accessed the Platform through misrepresentation will have their accounts permanently suspended.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.2 In cases of termination for breach of these Terms, jl2026 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all balances in the suspended account. In cases of termination not related to a breach, jl2026 will process the return of legitimate verified balances within a reasonable timeframe.

11.3 You may request the closure of your jl2026 account at any time by contacting support at jl2026.net. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl2026 Platform shall first be addressed through jl2026's internal dispute resolution process. Players should submit complaints to support at jl2026.net with a detailed description of the dispute.

12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under PAGCOR's jurisdiction.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 jl2026 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this page. jl2026 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

13.2 Your continued use of the jl2026 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
